Cancellations

In order to best accommodate the needs of all our guests, we require a 24-hour notice for any cancellation you may need to make. Less than 24-hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. For no show appointments, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the service scheduled.

After one cancellation after 24 hours, we reserve the right to require a 50% deposit of the total service to make any future appointments. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.

 

As a courtesy, we confirm the date and time of your appointment 24- 48 hours prior.  If we are unable to reach you and only leave a message, or cannot reach you at all, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees.  You are always welcome to call and double-check your appointments.

Booking

We require a 50% deposit for the following appointments:

– Facials 60 minutes or longer
– Massages 60 minutes or longer
– Tony Odisho Hair Extensions

To receive the full Exsalonce experience, please plan on arriving 10 minutes prior to your service.

Spa

In order to receive the most of your spa experience, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service so that we may have you fill out the proper paperwork and get you settled in our Signature Spa Oasis.  If you are running late, it is to your discretion to reschedule as we cannot guarantee that you will receive the full time you are scheduled for. To schedule any massage or facial appointment, you must place a credit card on file. Your card will not be charged prior to your appointment. The only cause for charging your card would be for breach of cancellation policy, including a no show or less than 24 hours notice given for cancellation. This ensures that in these instances, the service provider will still be compensated for appointment.

Spa Packages

Money back return within seven (7) days if no services used. After seven (7) days or after first service used, no refunds. Cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. 24 hours cancellation notices requirement applies. Non-transferable. Services in series must be used by one person only. Promotional value expires six months after purchase. After six months pro rata face value applies. Please tip on full value of service.

Child Safety

Children are only permitted in the salon or spa area when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We unfortunately do not have the facilities to care for children. Children are allowed to wait in our reception area if they are supervised by another adult. We love children, and we hope you understand we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our other guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated!

Product Return

If you are unhappy with any retail purchase, please feel free to bring the product back in for an exchange. Products must be brought in for exchange within one (1) week of purchase and guest receipt is required.

Late Arrival

If you are more than 15 minutes late from the start of your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment for a later time or date so that we may give you the attention you deserve.

Payment Policy

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and cash. We do not accept checks as a form of payment for product purchase or services exceeding $50, nor do we accept out-of-state checks. Gratuity is cash or check only. We are unable to accept tips on a credit card. Thank you for understanding.

Gift cards

Our professionals provide a luxurious salon and spa experience that caters to the individual needs of our clients. An Exsalonce Salon & Day Spa gift card lets you share our expertise with friends and loved ones, or take advantage of our monthly promotions to pamper yourself.

Parking

Please allow time for parking as we are located in a residential neighborhood along with many other businesses. Parking is free and permit-free on certain streets.

Service Satisfaction

If you are unsatisfied with any services, we require you to notify us and schedule a correction service within seven days. All guests are required to change into a smock during color services. Exsalonce Salon & Day Spa is not responsible for any damage to your property.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service.
