Cancellations
In consideration of other guests and our service providers please give as much notice as possible when canceling an appointment. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a 25 percent charge to the client for the total service time.
Punctuality
To receive the full Exsalonce experience, please arrive 20 minutes prior to the start of your service. If you arrive after the scheduled start of your service, we may not be able to offer an extension of time on the scheduled services.
