The salon has always been a place to treat yourself. It still is, just with some new safety precautions.
Your Salon Experience
- $10 service charge with every appointment – This cost will help cover PPE required for your appointment as well as the extra 15 minutes added to every appointment for hand washing and sanitizing.
- Confirmation call 1-2 days before appointment – You’ll be receiving a call from us prior to your appointment to ensure you are healthy, have not been exposed to COVID-19 to your knowledge and are not showing symptoms, and to verify that you are aware of these guidelines.
- No extra guests – Please do not bring spouses, children or friends to your appointment. As much as we love the visitors, they will not be allowed in due to our new capacity measures. Kids appointments will be allowed one parent or adult to accompany them.
- Wait outside or in your car – Give us a call at (773)327-4848 upon arrival to check in. PLEASE, DO NOT JUST WALK IN AS USUAL. We’ll send you a text when your stylist is finished sanitizing from his previous client and ready for you.
- Arrive on time – If you arrive early, you will likely be waiting outside or in your car for your stylist. If you are 5 or more minutes late, we will regretfully have to reschedule your appointment.
- Limit your belongings – Phone, wallet, keys, mask. These items are totally fine! Please leave large purses and jackets in the car. More clutter equals more risk.
- Face mask is required at all times – You must wear a mask covering both mouth and nose at all times while in the salon. We’ll be doing the same. Let’s keep each other safe.
- Contactless greeting – Wave hello to your stylist rather than hugging or hand shakes.
- Contactless temperature check – Temperatures will be taken upon arrival using a touchless thermometer.
- Waiver – Once you’ve entered the salon, we will have a COVID-19 waiver for you to sign.
Salon Set Up
- Appointment required – At this time we will not be taking walk ins.
- Limited amenities, sorry – We have eliminated our waiting area, magazines, food and beverages for both your safety and our staffs.
- Safety renovations – We’ve done some remodeling to the salon since you last saw us. These renovations include spacing out stations beyond 6 feet as well as reducing the number of stations we have, installing partitions and replacing our stations, chairs, and additional furniture with a set up that allows for thorough cleaning and sanitizing.
- Sanitizing stations – We’ll have accessible hand sanitizer by the front entrance and all stations, and hand washing stations in both the bathroom and kitchen area.
- Retail – Please let one of our staff members know if you are interested in purchasing retail and we will be happy to help. Don’t have an appointment? Call for curbside pickup or online ordering!
