Salon Policies


In order to best accommodate the needs of all our guests, we require a 24-hour notice for any cancellation you may need to make. Less than 24-hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. For no show appointments, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the service scheduled.

After one cancellation after 24 hours, we reserve the right to require a 50% deposit of the total service to make any future appointments. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.

As a courtesy, we confirm the date and time of your appointment 24- 48 hours prior.  If we are unable to reach you and only leave a message, or cannot reach you at all, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees.  You are always welcome to call and double-check your appointments.


If you are more than 5 minutes late from the start of your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment for a later time or date so that we may give you the attention you deserve.


If you are unsatisfied with any service, we require you to notify and schedule a correction service within two weeks. All guests are required to change into a smock during color services. Exsalonce is not responsible for any damage to your property.


We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover as a form of payment. We do not accept cash at this time due to COVID-19 guidelines. We also do not accept checks as a form of payment. If you would like to thank your stylist for their hard work by leaving gratuity you can do so through cash, Venmo, Quickpay or Zelle. We are unable to accept tips on a credit card. Thank you for understanding.



We require a 50% deposit for the following appointments:

– Tony Odisho Hair Extensions
– Brazilian Blowout & Keratin Treatments

To receive the full Exsalonce experience, please plan on arriving 10 minutes prior to your service.


If you are unhappy with any retail purchase, please feel free to bring the product back within one (1) week of purchase and guest receipt is required. You will receive a salon credit towards your account for the amount paid. Refunds to original payment method will not be available.


Please allow time for parking as we are located in a residential neighborhood along with many other businesses. Parking is free and permit-free on certain streets.


Children are only permitted in the salon area when having a service, and only select Exsalonce stylist take kids clients. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We unfortunately do not have the facilities to care for children. Children are allowed to wait in our reception area if they are supervised by another adult. We love children, and we hope you understand we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our other guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated!
