In order to best accommodate the needs of all our guests, we require a 24-hour notice for any cancellation you may need to make. Each guest is allowed one cancellation after 24 hours per year. After this we reserve the right to require a 50% deposit of the total service to make any future appointments. For no show appointments, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the service scheduled. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.
